Our process.
-
Discussion ➜
We start by understanding your project and what you need from it. Who are you communicating to, marketing and sales, the project and site team, investors, or all of them? That shapes everything: how many cameras, where they go, the angles, and the capture interval. We talk through your build program, its likely duration, and the moments that matter most, so the coverage is built around your project from day one.

-
Site inspection ➜
Next we assess the site itself. We identify the best vantage point for the camera, taking in line of sight, site access, security, and whether power is available. Where a clear elevated position is needed, we often fly a drone to visualise the exact composition before anything is installed. We determine whether we can mount to an existing structure or need to design and build a dedicated stabilisation pole, and we coordinate any approvals required, including permission to install on a neighbouring property where that gives the better shot. Final positioning is signed off with your team.

-
quote and agreement ➜
You receive a complete, fixed quote with nothing hidden: installation, the stabilisation solution, the monthly rental, all deliverables, and full removal at the end of the project. Our pricing is transparent and published, so there are no surprises. Once you approve the proposal and camera rental agreement, we lock in your install date.

-
installation
We build the stabilisation system off site, then install on your confirmed date. Every installation is carried out to construction site safety requirements, we're fully insured with $20M public liability cover and Construction Induction certified, and we work around your program without getting in the way. From that point your camera is live, capturing automatically, and monitored and maintained by us for the life of the project. All equipment remains ours and is removed cleanly when the build is complete.

what it costs
Timelapse from $500 per month, six-month minimum, install quoted per site. Most operators hide their pricing behind a quote request. We publish ours, work out your budget in under a minute.
what you get.
-
SEE EVERYTHING
From groundbreaking to handover, we capture your project in high resolution at set intervals across its entire life. Nothing gets missed. Every pour, every lift, every milestone is recorded, ready to look back on whenever you need it.
-
ACCESS ANYWHERE
Your images live in a secure online viewer you can reach 24/7, from any device. View the latest shot, search back through the build, or download what you need. No software to install, no waiting on us to send files over.
-
ONE SHARED LINK
A single link gives your whole team eyes on the site. Marketing, project managers, architects, investors and stakeholders all see the same live view, from wherever they are. One camera, one link, every department covered.
-
ALWAYS COVERED
We don't just install and disappear. Your camera is monitored and maintained throughout the project, so a dirty lens or a knock from weather never costs you the shot. If something needs attention on site, we handle it before it becomes a problem.
-
FOLLOWS THE BUILD
Sites change as they grow, and so does the best angle. As your project moves through its stages, we reposition the camera to keep the action in frame. You always capture the part of the site that matters most at that moment.
-
A FILM TO KEEP
At the end of the term you receive a professionally edited, fully branded timelapse film of the entire build. Hand-crafted, not automated, it's ready for your sales suite, your socials and your stakeholders, plus a portrait cut for mobile.
Make it stand out.
Your project becomes a professionally edited, fully branded timelapse film. We bring it all together: your logos, your colours, music, titles and smooth, stabilised footage cut from the best moments of the entire build. The result is a polished, ready-to-share video for your sales suite, your socials and your stakeholders, with a portrait version for mobile.
